Begova Čorba (eng.Beys stew) is a first class stew, in deed as the name suggests: a Bey's thing. This is the most famous stew dish in Sarajevo and as well Bosnia and Herzegovina.

When you hear what are ingredients of this by many pure class meal you will just want to try it while being in Sarajevo. First of all meat: veal and chicken. Second vegetables: Okra (World famous Afrodisiac), Carrot, Parsley, Celery, Lemon juice, pepper, salt, etc.
Also as the final thing one spoon of smetana to improve the taste. Mostly we recommend it as the appetizer.
