In this section we shall try to narrow down the list of must see/do(s) in Sarajevo when you are unfortunately staying one day, or even shorter. List is consisted of attractions and food, meaning the most important of both sections. When it is spoken about things to see we suggest the following ones:

• Baščarsija Square and Sebilj fountain,

• Vijećnica - City Hall,

• Gazi Husrev Beys Mosque and its complex,

• Cathedral of Sacred Jesus Heart,

• Old Orthodox Church of St. Archangel Mikhail and Gabriel,

• “Il kal Vježu” (the Old Temple)

• Tunnel of Hope, as the most important recent Siege attraction,,

• Latin Bridge and Museum next to it.

When it is spoken about food and drink, you should at least try these:

• Ćevapi,

• Pita (any kind you desire, let the Burek the first one),

• Sarajevsko beer,

• Variety of domestic Rakijas (Kruška, Šljiva, etc),

• Bosanska Kafa - Bosnian Coffee.
